Excellent care and service. Dr. Jason Schmitt was outstanding from exam to fitting and follow up. My situation was unique and he took the time and patience to explain my options. My new devices are a life-changing miracle. Highly recommend this location and Dr. Schmitt.

My initial appointment and hearing evaluation with Dr. Bethany Weaver was so much more thorough and in depth, compared to my previous Costco Hearing and other experiences with a non-doctor hearing instrument specialist. I look forward to my next appointment when I will have my new aids programed and set up using the Real Ear Measurement process. I cannot recommend A&E Audiology high enough!!

I was a younger person coming here for a hearing exam. They were extremely helpful in getting me checked in. When I was called back, I had the best doctor. She filled out my additional paperwork and just overall loved her job. I don’t recall her name exactly but she was tall. Great individual and I was so happy she helped me.

If I would have thought to review a few months ago, it would have been higher than two stars. Unfortunately, over the last year, things have begun to feel a little strange at A and E. I've been bringing my mom for a very long time, and i've noticed the push to get new is heavier than ever, even when everything seems to be going well with the ones she currently has. Fixed income makes it hard to spend eight thousand dollars every 3 to 4 years. to top it all off, we just found out when we called that the only person there that seemed to genuinely care and be happy to see us is suddenly no longer there! Brooke was an absolute joy to be around. She was always happy, peppy and easy to talk to. Our needs were always addressed and we felt cared for. Losing her is a GIGANTIC loss! We will sadly no

We've been going to A&E Audiology & Hearing Aid Center for years and can say that they have a wonderful, caring, professional staff who make sure that my elderly mother has the best of care. She can be quite stubborn, easily upset, and is very sensitive about being touched, but they do everything possible to make her comfortable while cleaning her ears and keeping her quality hearing aid in tiptop shape. I can't believe how long it has lasted. We know that we can always count on them to be there when there's an emergency with her hearing aid or with wax build-up in her ears. Hearing is vital to quality of life, and we are blessed to have A&E serving our neighborhood!
