Was a good visit and would recommend their services. Was greeted cordially at the front desk, they were expecting me, which is always good. I was in the Dr's office within a few minutes after filling out a form. Good explanation of what would occur, took the hearing tests and received a good, informative consult that I could understand along with a couple of recommendations. !!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr.Alexis McElwee for a hearing evaluation. She explained everything and thoroughly checked my hearing, then adjusted the microphones and replaced worn parts. She was very pleasant to deal with.

Probably the Best Doctor visit I've ever experienced. The detail of my testing along with the expert knowledge of Tinnitus gave me great confidence. He wasn't trying to sell me anything, just educate and guide.

Very bad experience with this company. They seem to be more about the money than actually helping people. My wife was in need of getting updated hearing aids quickly since her older ones were performing poorly. They say they have a "Low-Income" program and require you to send tons of paperwork as proof, which we did. It took us over two hours to gather, scan and e-mail everything they requested. After close to two months of waiting their story changed and she was told it could take up to 6 MONTHS to get hearing aids on their "Low Income" program. While in the process of waiting for their "Low Income" program, they were of course pushing their $4,000 hearing aids with Financing. They weren't even able to fix the old hearing aids so we have to go to a more accommodating company. They shouldn

Met Dr. Ashley Dougherty in the Noll Drive office or a consult. She was very thorough, asked a lot of questions prior to the hearing test. Afterwards, Ashely pulled up on a television monitor a grid showing results in both ears. My hearing was diminished for sure and she "tested" a set of aids while I was in the office. I'll be fitted for my personal set of aids shortly. Given my experience with A & E on the initial visit, I'd be very willing to recommend their services.
