Advocate Urgent Care - Albertville

I went in today to get checked after I was in a car accident and I had amazing service. Very friendly staff right away and very caring. My doctor was nice and helpful and kept me feeling comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend coming here!

My visit here was one of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was super friendly, very fast, and gave me a full solution which addressed my symptoms and got me feeling a lot better. I hope they keep up the great service as I’m sure this place will be a hot spot once more people know it’s open!

Honestly one of the best urgent cares I’ve been to in a long time . They were fast . And staff was all so nice from the moment we walked through the doors . Nurses and doctors were amazing as well (:

I am just so impressed! I told my husband we can't move away because I'm not sure we'll ever have access to something like this again. The staff were so kind and patient with us even though I came in with my daughter 10 minutes before closing time on a Saturday. I felt like the provider actually listened to me.

The staff is friendly. The PA was efficient and knowledgeable and attentive and clear on all the details. We felt seen and heard. My daughter was well taken care of!
