Great service and doctor Rahul did a great job! Thank you to nurse as well, she did took care of me in her best way.

First Doctor visit in a long time, Dr Rahul Modi was completely unprofessional and lacked any kind of understanding or bedside manner. Insinuated I was faking my pain and seeking drugs. Actually rendered me speechless in the room. Looking at other reviews for this doctor, every single 1 star review was some similar awful story, one even with a 6 year old girl. Never coming back.

Have no records of me being a patient and tried to claim I was never a patient but then said yes I was seen in the hospital once even though I’ve never been hospitalized. No assistance provided and simply transferred to a phone tree that leads nowhere. Absolutely awful service. Was seen several times over multiple years by multiple providers. I explained they must have the wrong record, and they said no it was right. Still don’t have my medical records and apparently no way to get them.

Let me start off by saying Doctor O'Leary is Amazing. She helps me with all my concerns, questions and everything. This is my third time coming to this Clinic and well I love it!! The nurse named Gladis (I apologize if I'm spelling her name wrong) she is Amazingg!! I really appreciate how she is kind and always asks if I need water or anything. She is very sweet!! The receptionist are soft spoken aswell!!

I have been a part of the Advocate family for years and I am blessed to have had providers who cares about me and my well being. They have gone above and beyond in treatment recommendations as we work as a team. Utilizing the Live Well portal has increased my communication with my physicians. I am thankful for the expertise, professionalism and care that is demonstrated by all. Advocate Aurora has excellent health care providers.
