Advocare Totowa Pediatrics

I have been coming to this doctor office since September 2024. My Son was born and his first check up was here. I’ve never been so happy with a doctor office, staff and doctors! My son is well known in the office as he is now almost a 1 1/2 years old. We love how attentive they are! Friendly! Accommodating! Any time my son is sick, and i need to pop in the same day there is always a slot. As well as they have a patient portal so you can email the doctor directly! when my son doctor isn’t in office we are seen by the other doctors. His dr is Dr. Rube Hanna. Absolutely love her! My son loves this office, it’s like a second home. They are great!

Love this office! I have brought all four of my kids here and safe to say I have always left very satisfied. The front desk has always been sweet and try their very best to give appointments, the nurses have always been so kind and efficient, and the doctors are very knowledgeable and always have an action plan when needed. I have recommended this office to many of my friends and family and they are all impressed as well. Definetly recommend this office to anyone who has young kids or is expecting!

I have no complaints about this office, going there few months since my baby was born and so far so good. I love the way Dr Hannah explains everything to us and she is happy to answer any questions or concerns about our baby. The office staff is very attentive and every time I call they answer very politely. I recommend this place 100%.

I’m deeply disappointed with the treatment my baby and I received at Totowa Pediatric Office. From the beginning, I felt that the staff was inattentive and dismissive of my concerns as a parent. My baby’s health and well-being should have been the top priority, but instead, we were made to feel like an inconvenience. To make matters worse, instead of addressing the issues or working with us to improve the situation, the office sent us a letter kicking us out of the practice. Rather than showing any empathy or professionalism, they chose to remove us as patients — a decision that only confirmed how little regard they have for the families they’re supposed to care for. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for a pediatric office. I would not recommend Totowa Pediatric Office to any parent

If I’m being 100% honest, five stars is just not enough. I am fortunate enough to have three wonderful children who have all had the pleasure of being cared for by the amazing physicians at Totowa Pediatrics. We have been patients there for the past 7 years, and there has not been a single moment of regret or fear that we will not or have not received the best care possible. Every doctor and nurse working at the practice care for these children as if they were their own. The empathy they show when children are sick is nothing short of remarkable. I implore any parents looking for a new pediatrician to please reach out to Totowa Pediatrics. You will not be disappointed.
