Horrible front desk customer service.Consulting them for my daughter. She is 15 months old. Her primary doctor is Dr. Mona Elgenaidi. At 12 months we visited her in September and she advised some super specialist consultations due to my daughter’s low weight. After finishing those consultations i tried to contact her for further advice, at that time it took almost 2-3 weeks to talk with her with many phone calls. Lastly i asked for appointment and they said u already have appointment on Dec 17th at 11 am. I clearly remember that we didn’t take any appointment with these time but although i said okay we will there on that day. When we were there at Dec 17th, they said u have appointment today with Nurse practitioner. I said we took appointment 2-3 months ago. U guys gave us appointment an

I love them! been going for years ever since my oldest was born(he is now 17) the staff and drs are AMAZING they truly are, they go above and beyond, i need an ortho appt for my son and i couldn't get in until a week later, the front desk took it upon and started calling other drs got me an appt. same day! they are truly remarkable, not only that the Drs LISTEN!!!! they if you say something is wrong with your child they will look until you are satisfied to determine what is wrong with your child, and now and days you barely see that! i drive 30min just to my children's appt having a peds dr. down the block, i will never change them for anything

Love the doctors and staff! I have been bringing my 3 kids here for 5 years now! The 2 doctors I always ask for are very thorough. They listen to all of my concerns. I have never felt like I am asking a "silly" question. The doctors are very prompt with getting me in quick when I call if my kids are sick. My youngest is a talker, lol. The staff talk to her and laugh with her. I do not feel rushed at all during the visits. It is clean. I love that the office has a sick side and a well side. So no one has to be in the waiting room with potentially sick kids spreading germs. Would definitely recommend!

We love mainland peds! The front desk staff is responsive, attentive, and caring. I love when they call me to confirm appointments because they so friendly. I look forward to bringing my children in for any appointment because I know we will be taken care of. Our questions are always answered and they don't judge my parenting. I reschedule a lot of appointments and they always do it with kindness.
