I just heard that Leslie is leaving Hamilton Pediatrics and I am absolutely heartbroken! Leslie is the face of Hamilton Pediatrics. She’s the first thing you see when you walk in and the last when you leave. I have been a part of Hamilton peds since I was a baby and now I bring my babies here. Leslie has always gone above and beyond her job duties. She remembers you and your children! She genuinely cares and is beyond knowledgeable and compassionate. She’s helped me more times than I can count. Even when I was going through postpartum and separation anxiety for my return to work from maternity leave. I am very disappointed with the lack of compassion and professionalism shown by this pediatrician’s front office staff. Due to an unexpected cancellation of our insurance plan, we were required to pay out of pocket for services. As a parent, I explained the situation and respectfully asked if I could pay a portion of the balance. Instead of empathy or a willingness to work with us, I was met with attitude and an unhelpful response. There was no attempt to offer solutions, flexibility, or understanding—just a cold and dismissive tone during an already stressful situation. We normally see Dr. Blair, but we were in a pinch since we were leaving for vacation in two days. We ended up seeing nurse practitioner Carla who is absolutely amazing. Carla is down to earth and real and we had an instant connection with her. I highly recommending seeing her.
