Since the new administration took over, this building has completely turned around for the better. The management team is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly, common areas are cleaner and better maintained, and communication has greatly improved. It’s clear that the new leadership is committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and well-run environment. I’ve seen a noticeable positive change and truly appreciate the effort they’ve put into improving the property.

My dad was at Advinis for short term rehab. He was there for 2 months, and I can honestly say that we had a great experience there. My dad was well taken care of and so were the other patients/residents that are there. My dad was always well groomed, clean and fed. My dad can be very temperamental and mean, but the aids and nurses there were very patient with him (bless their hearts) I was surprised at the good outcome we had despite the bad reviews. If my dad ever had to go back to a rehab it would be to Advinia again. Everybody was so nice and helpful, Lauren the social worker, Diane, the nurses and aide etc…

Awesome staff. It was great to be invited back again this month with our NEW Summer show featuring our Lady Gaga impersonator puppet, Chelsea The Chimpanzee. Special thanks to the male and female residents who volunteered to wear our ventriloquist face masks and help us sing our "No Bully Zone". Previous AdviniaCare Salem shows included our Uncle Sam & Friends, Santa and Friends, and Liam The Leprechaun St. Patrick's Week performances.

My mother was medically cleared to go to rehab on 1/16/26. This was a lie. The staff knew she needed help and called 911. She died 1/18/26 at MGH/Salem in the ICU. If I ever need rehab I will request to be placed there.

I am a former resident, everything was fantastic & the staff took great care of me so I was able to do rehab & get back home after 11 months is a huge relief
