Leslie and the activities staff are amazing. The Halloween party, with cider, apples, cookies, treats and games, really demonstrated hard work, planning and execution. The games at the Halloween party were, in my opinion, created with the intention of being all inclusive, for all residents, regardless of their current conditions or circumstances.

I was completely appalled by this place I knew a women that was staying here that is not deceased that was laying in her bed she had end stage cancer and they left her there it looked like she was having a seizure so I went to get a nurse I said it that normal because no one was checking on her she yeah definitely not let me get someone this was a couple mth back and another person I went to go visit she was a smoker you should see how like the side helpers treat them no smile no interaction just like trash now I heard this place is bad but to see it is sad.

The staff are wonderful! My mother brags about the food. I feel very grateful to have her in their care.

When the main nurse doesn’t like your doctor, she will make your stay a living hell! Even threatened to cut off my cast. Had to ask for a grievance paper because they don’t keep them out. Then it went missing and didn’t get to the administration. Thanks Erin for making my stay one of the worst I’ve encountered. I’m young. Imagine your loved one who can’t communicate for themselves? On the other had, John at Pt does excellent work. They should hire more like him & his staff! Run the other way from this place if you love your family!

During my stay at Heatherwood, I experienced exceptional care. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the meals and, most notably, the physical therapy department. Their teamwork not only helped me make significant physical progress but also supporter me psychologically, Thanks John (Director). My overall stay was very positive experience. Zain
