Intuitive Alignment Massage

I’m 9 weeks postpartum and I’m discovering new aches and pains that I never knew existed. Yomana provided me with such an excellent experience. I came to Yomana in February '23 with 35 years of chronic back issues primarily caused by mild-moderate thoracic scoliosis but which became much worse over the past 5 years as a result of Covid inactivity, a high-stress job, too much sitting, simultaneous major life changes, and age. Although I kept up a vigorous 2-3x/week power yoga practice, monthly massage, regular 1-6 mile walks, and bi-weekly chiropractic care, I was in constant pain, had limited mobility, and had more or less resigned myself to the fact that this is what my life was going to be like - that this was the best I could expect in my 50s.
