Adventist Health Physical Therapy - Gresham Station

I have had chronic back problems for years, and at 71 years old, I had pretty much decided I was old…and watching the clock. I have had lumbar surgery and have tried steroid injections several times, with mixed results. I did have a steroid injection this summer, which I believe helped. I started therapy at Adventist Health Physical Therapy – Gresham in May 2025 for a total of 10 sessions. I truly enjoyed my Physical Therapist, Sayali, and PT assistant and backup Jason. They started out gently with me, acknowledging my pain, and they motivated and gradually pushed me to do more, and then more. I am working out at home now 5 days a week. I dreaded it at first and now enjoy it. I feel so much stronger now and am walking the dog more than she wants😉! I am not using a cane anymore and my wife

I have been coming here for for many years each time I have injured myself. Front desk team is great, friendly, and very welcoming. I just love everyone on my PT team. They truly care about my needs and really encourage me to do my PT while there and while at home. They do push me but in a good way and never beyond what they feel is safe for me. Will be starting out 2025 on a good note and looking forward to discovering the relief I can achieve through PT. Thank you all.

I'm a seventy four year old woman who has been having increasing left knee pain for several months limiting my movement tremendously making my life smaller and smaller.. After the first session With Martin I left feeling so much better. Didn't need the brace to walk. Don't have that constant ache. I feel Iight and I feel hopeful again that I can go and walks by the river. And in the Woods ..places that give me so much spiritual help... Thank you so much Martin for giving me hope I will. Follow your step-by-step instructions for strengthening and stretching.

Whenever I brought up concerns they would say it was fine and not address it. They kept saying the pain will go away and it never did. Not helpful ending up going somewhere else and due to their lack of help the first time around had to go back to surgery
