Leah Griffin is absolutely amazing. She always takes time to answer my questions and ease whatever anxieties I may have. Her office has consistently made me feel welcomed and informed. She does well explaining procedures and provides time for me to make decisions. I hope you choose her as your practitioner, you won’t regret it!

The nursing and janitorial staff were amazing. The helped with everything they could. The DON was like a ray of sunshine when I felt like I was dying. The doctor definitely needs to communicate better with those around him and especially the patient. I saw the doctor maybe 90-120 seconds over about 6 hours. It took 5 hours before my treatment started. Everyone was just in the waiting room. Was this the longest and most uncomfortable I have had to the ER? Absolutely. I wouldn’t recommend the ER based on this visit. My previous trips to the ER were more efficient. I did have some type of insurance on my previous visits, but didn’t on this one. I’m guessing a lack of insurance or cash on hand will affect your ER experience. On a positive note, I’ve had more contact with the aftercare program

My experience was great. I always feel at home there. The nurses are very helpful and kind. Dr. Neves-Wright has been very attentive to me and my care. She has actually given me some health advice regarding my blood pressure maintenance that has become very helpful. Yes, I feel cared for there, safe. Thanks Adventist Health.

The emergency room doesn't meet the needs based on number of patients they see. The entire hospital needs to expand. We arrived at 130pm. I sat doubled over in extreme pain for several hours because they didn't have a spot available to give me IV meds. They made my husband go sit in a different waiting room because there was no space that would have been fine if he had not been helping to make sure I didn't fall out of the chair. The triage nurse basically called me a liar about my allergies. At that point I told my husband not to let them kill me with antibiotics. I saw the provider once in triage and once at discharge. Not once did she stop by to give an update on what was going on. The way the staff talked about the patients at the nurses station was ridiculous calling the patients chil

I took my son in today this morning for a fever. He ended up having an ear infection The nurses that attended us were great. I can’t remember their names a.m. shift. I waited about four hours to get discharge papers that I didn’t receive because I had to pick up my son. The time frames in this hospital are unbelievable. I called just right now to see how I could go about getting discharge papers obviously, because I don’t know the Protocol and the lady that answered the phone told me that I had to do it all over again because the visit was incomplete. I mentioned I waited about four hours and she said “well now you’re probably going to have to wait a couple more hours than the first time” with an attitude At least that’s what it sounded like to me . I mean, if that’s the attitude people
