Front desk staff very welcoming and helpful, went out of their way to secure an appointment for me sooner vs later, I really appreciated that! I’m very impressed with Dr. Song and am fortunate to have her as my new ob/gyn; she was hands-on and spent a lot of time with me, and I am hopeful her treatments will work. Dr. Song is an amazing physician! She is thorough, compassionate and takes the time to hear what you have to say. These are qualities that are hard to find now a days- when women's issues are disregarded or not taken seriously even by female providers.

Under staffed to the point that I was ignored for most of my labor and they very much did interventions to get my body on their schedule then didnt check my cervix for 8 hours and i was told to wait to push my baby out during ring of fire until doctor could get there 25 minutes later and then was stitched up horribly my outter labia to my inner and crooked and she was there a total of 10 minutes so not surprised and now have a lifelong disability with my pelvic floor and nerve damage and also failed to diagnose my retained placenta after continuing to report symptoms so I could have died of sepsis if I listened and didn't do anything on my own to try to pass it. Song didnt even look at me internally at my 6 weeks postpartum visit failing to diagnose my prolapse. After all that doctor won't

Dr Song and her team are outstanding. Dr Song is real, I feel heard, I feel like I have options and she makes sure of that. I feel well informed, respected and welcome. 10 out of 10.

My experience with Dr. Song has been really great. She is very patient and takes time to answer all questions and explains procedures in detail. The staff is great also. Dr. Song’s medical assistant is very nice and patient. Jacqueline at the front desk is awesome too! Will continue to receive care here.
