Adventist Health Castle Gastroenterology

It is always a pleasant and comfortable experience to get any procedures done at Adventist Health Castle hospital. It gives you the feeling of a small time local hospital with a friendlley and knowledgeable staff that compares to the "big city"care facilities. AND if you come at the right time, free parking is always appreciated.

I was assigned dr corson but it sounds like i shouldve gone to see dr ngo instead. Staff didn't really explain much except that they would do a colonoscopy on me. When i asked what the average cost was since insurance wouldn't cover this they just rushed me out of the room and said to call a number.

The overall experience was excellent with doctor and medical assistants. However, I did notice that the receptionist spoke quite loudly, making it easy to overhear sensitive conversations with patients during check-in. For privacy and HIPAA compliance, it would be beneficial if she lowered her voice a bit.

I had a great appt with Dr. Ngo and his staff. Dr. Ngo is an excellent Gastroenterologist who I am blessed to have helping me with my Crohns problems. THanks so much, patient Henry Rollick
