The hospital staff was extremely kind, providing great service.
It's too big.. It doesn't seem very people friendly the way that it's built... I went to visit a friend on the fifth floor and I swear it took me like twenty minutes from the parking lot to get to her room... She needed some help and she called the nurse , and I thought the nurse was really rude to her..
