In 35 years, I have never had a provider that made me feel heard. Ms. Dru Williams truly has a gift. Her compassion, and bed side manners meant so much to me. I just became a new patient of hers, and this has been the best experience I have ever had with a medical provider. I HIGHLY recommend her. The staff also was very nice and courteous. Mike the MA definitely gave me a warm welcome. As someone who gets anxious at the doctor, his calming nature helped lighten how I felt with starting as a new patient. I cannot wait for my follow up.

I am new to the area and needed to establish care for my entire family. Four of us have now been seen by 3 different doctors at this location, and all 3 have been fantastic (Peter Izzo, Anna Millan, and Dru Williams). They take time with you and work with you to get to your health goals. The staff have all been very nice, and we have never had to wait long for our appointments. As some have mentioned, it is true that the online scheduling system has some kinks (it does schedule incorrectly, necessitating them to call and reschedule), so I have just been scheduling my appointments via phone. Overall, I am very pleased so far!

I am a new patient here and see Dru Williams, APRN. My second appointment with Dru was today to review recent lab tests. This is the first time, I have had anyone thoroughly explain each lab result, what it means, and how we were going to address that result where required. Dru took time, answered my questions, and we worked together on a plan to move forward. I am VERY pleased and very thankful for her caring approach and friendly demeanor. She makes those appointments fun! Thank you!!

Everyone in the office is kind and attentive. Easy to get in touch with and was able to get in to see a Dr in a timely manner. Kathryn was very attentive and had me feeling better in no time. It is nice to have an office that cares about their patients.

Office cancelled my appointment morning of, 2 hours prior. Apparently the dates and times on the Adventhealth care portal aren’t actually accurate, and if you schedule it on times that don’t exist, they’ll just cancel it. If the website exists it’s for a reason. Care providers should have accurate times listed there. The world has run on the internet for quite some time now, it is not unreasonable for this to be an expectation.
