AdventHealth Palm Harbor ER

We were on vacation and visiting family when I had to take my husband to the ER and I stumbled upon this fantastic free standing ER in Palm Harbour, Fl. Advent Health!! From the moment we walked in we felt we were in good hands, there was no wait time and my husband was immediately taken in while I dealt with Insurance. The receptionist was patient and extremely helpful assisting with the billing for my insurance. Once I joined my husband in the room, the nursing staff was fantastic! Couldn’t ask for a better bedside manner from the nurse on duty to the x-ray/ ultra sound technician to the entire staff! Dr. Brian Roy was fantastic! What an amazing Doctor! Couldn’t have asked for better care! If we could take him back to Canada to be our doctor we would have! LOL! Sorry, can’t remember all

Amazing staff hands down!!!! Took my 11 year old there for ear infection and they took really good care of him!! Super nice front desk lady and the nurse was awesome and super caring as well as the doctor took her time and had patience with him!!! We were in and out!!! Highly recommend!!!

As far as ER visits go, this place was the best possible experience I could have had. Every Nurse and Tech I had made an extremely stressful situation as comforting as possible. They all did an amazing job at making me feel like a person rather than a numbered patient. I am especially grateful to doctor Robyn King. She did not rush me once, treated me with the up most compassion and really took her time to educate me and put me at ease.

Incredible team and facility! As a previous EMT from the Midwest I've seen plenty of ER's and can affirm that you won't find better. Just two days ago I became "the patient," having a severe asthma attack due to an ongoing virus. From the moment that I stepped into the building and was quickly triaged (even by the front-desk security), to the medical teams cohesive handoff and teamwork. I experienced seamless high quality patient care that ultimately saved my life. Those with asthma know that seconds count as your airway begins to close. The response team was highly capable and well equipped, contributing directly to my successful outcome. - Thank you and job well done.

I obviously wasn't feeling well and from the moment I walked in I was given top notch care. The emergency room Doctor was so caring and very thorough in his approach to helping me feel better. The nurse was very kind and attentive. The catscan person was very nice and helpful. I personally have encountered other medical facilities that pale in comparison to Advent Health Palm Harbor. Thank you to the medical team that sent me home feeling better 🙏
