I had an amazing experience delivering my daughter at AdventHealth. The doctors and nurses were so kind and attentive throughout my stay. Giving birth can be a really overwhelming experience, especially with some of the health complications we faced, but the entire team made me feel safe, supported, and truly cared for. They always made sure to check up on me and my baby as well as answer all of my questions as a new mom. I’m so grateful for the care we received and couldn’t have asked for a better birth experience.

My name is Sarah Jester. I was a patient from February 20th to February 23rd. The care that I received was excellent. My last hospital stay was 15 years ago in Maryland, however there is no comparison to the care I received at AdventHealth. The nursing staff made me feel that I was the most important patient on the floor. I am not the type of patient who would question my care, however I never felt that way. All the nurses and staff were always there to explain everything beforehand. I was in room 622 and cannot remember the names of everyone who cared for me besides nursing, the dietary staff, lab techs and diagnostic staff were extremely professional. My daughter had to have a procedure in Advent Health and we had a wonderful experience. The check in process was smooth, the staff in the welcoming center was very welcoming. Pre-op was just amazing. They made my daughter feel so calm and comfortable. The pre-op nurse Jody RN was very knowledgeable and explained everything as well as the recovery nurse Jessica RN. We asked questions without feeling rushed and everything was explained to us. Everyone was just great! Very lucky to have a hospital in Ocala that makes me feel comfortable and safe. Hopefully it stays this way.

I had a very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, continuously conducting tests to ensure everything was going smoothly. The surgeon was knowledgeable and professional. The hospital was clean and well-maintained, and overall, the experience was outstanding.
