I hope advent sees this review because I want to stress that this does not reflect all of advent, only this doctor does not belong with the amazing team Advent has. I have been to the main hospital and had my daughter there, and the staff was phenomenal. Even the front desk at this location is super sweet and friendly. However, i have never cried after a visit. I have never felt so ignored and unseen. You cannot advocate for yourself here and this doctor will deteriorate your health. She is not interested in helping you and will not believe anything you say. I refused mood altering medication and she prescribed allergy/asthma medication that included mood altering side effects. I’ve never felt like less of a person. They won’t even let you get a word in edgewise. I’m trying to talk to her to tell her what was going on and it was I don’t know. Do you want to speak to my supervisor and just put me on hold? No, I didn’t want to speak to your supervisor. I just wanted you to answer my question. All I needed was a sheet filled out I had just seen the dr and if they would’ve let me talk, they would’ve understood why I didn’t want to be seen today when I have to be seen at the first of the year for this paper again.. but instead, I kept getting cut off when I was speaking and put on hold an earlier when I was on the phone with them. I can’t tell you how many times I had to call them back because they put me on hold in the call with my mysteriously drop. I’m heartbroken

This was my first time calling for a Rx, my sciatic is acting up and my physical therapist mentioned I should get some medication- I'm going to physical therapy for a fractured knee. I called 11:00 Friday and by 2:30 Friday was told that the doctor would call something in for me. Now it's 2:30 Saturday and the pharmacy has no knowledge of any of this- so now I realize it will be Monday which is three more days of pain 😣 I wanted some relief, I am not happy about this outcome 🤨😖

Yuri is an amazing doctor ❤️ she opened my eyes to the reality of how others were failing me without telling me directly. I only had one other doctor but the other lady moved on to other things as we all do. As someone who is working on herself I am grateful.

If I could give this place zero stars I would . My husband has a severe bleeding problem and loses blood . They have said multiple times they would set up for iron and blood transfusions and never did . He would tell them his problems and they wouldn’t help . Told him he would need a pain Mangement doctor set him up with one and waited 3 months to say he doesn’t fit for the doctor . Went back to Delgado and was told they would take him just they didn’t have his information . Well 3 months later still no appointment or any info . Came in this morning because my husband was wanting. His hemoglobin checked and the front desk said they would get him in but needs to see the doctor okay no problem . Well we go back to the first room and the nurse tells him he needs to call his gi doctor I said
