Had a 7:15 appointment for a hep b booster. Showed up at 7:03, and prepaid 84 dollars. Then I sat and waited for over an hour. The lobby emptied out multiple times. (Walk ins and other appointments scheduled later than mine.) I was assured I wasn't forgotten about, well, as it turns out I was. There had been a "miscommunication" of some sort, so, yes, I was forgotten about. Hour and a half of my life that I will never get back. If I hadn't prepaid I would have walked out. I felt humiliated and uncomfortable. I am very reluctant to ever return to this establishment.
