Not to minimize the magnitude of genuine Goodness here... There aren't enough words to say what a magnificent, gracious hospital this is. (The people that work here combine to make the most outstanding mosaic of sheer talent, compassion and excellence that I have ever seen in a workplace). BUT... there is a beautiful Vegetarian Menu with a delectable selection available for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner of EVERY day of the week that is also pretty dang AMAZING. Today is the first day that I got to see it, so will be getting my first full meal from it as breakfast before I leave tomorrow. I am positive that, like everything else I've had the privilege of eating while here, it will be *beyond* wonderful. We have always been impressed by everyone at this office. Dr. Valley is our daughter's pediatrician and she has always been very caring and professional - always very thorough with her interview and examination. Our daughter loves her! Nurse Jersey has always been amazing too!! Glad to have a great team so close to home.

Worst healthcare in this country. If you value your life, don’t step foot in any of AdventHealth’s facilities. Especially AdventHealth’s Sebring Hospital led by Jason Dunkel.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Unable to assist member with necessities including any document when the patient is part of the clinic. Patients need to complete communications including fax or copy when office has personal and equipment for that. No call back with more than 4 voice mails.

I am absolutely livid with Advent Health. I saw my provider 4 months ago (who I'd seen for years) to get my medications taken care of before I move out of state. After more than a week of trying to get a refill and no one responding to my voicemail or MyChart messages, I was told I need to establish with a new PCP where I am moving. WHY can't I get a refill? I'm still a Florida resident and am currently IN FLORIDA. When I pressed with options all the staff did was copy and paste previous messages in MyChart. Zero care, zero customer service. I hope that someone with dire mental health needs is treated better.
