AdventHealth Medical Group Cardiology at South Sebring

Very clean office, employees are very nice and helpful.Dr explains all in detail.

Front desk check in was really really slow. It took Tina 22 minutes to take our name and insurance information. We were the second client of the day. Did not seems to be a computer delay.

Nurse Practitioner was attentive but unprofessional glib comments made about a serious problem I had. Also did urine test which was very important for my medical records and made NO note of it in my visit notes.

My daughter went twice. 1st they said they would see her son and then refused. Then they prescribed her medication but refused to send to a pharmacy. Do not waste your time!

Clean building, nice staff but poor follow up, there's obviously a lack of leadership issue here. I got a call back the first day to inform me that they have the x-rays but the Nurse practitioner hadn't reviewed them yet, that was 3 days ago.
