AdventHealth Daytona Beach

Had to be at hospital for 6 days so I had plenty of interactions with several nurses. They were top notch in every way. To mention a few I had great care from Mariah, Karla, Lynne, Connie and Bridget. There were more but I told the supervisor Becky how kind they all were & brought me extra blankets as I was always cold. They helped me get showers which goes a long way for comfort and answered every question. Some even stopped to say hi while on duty in another area. I really had great care and the third floor is the best!

I was in AdventHealth Daytona Beach Hospital for a procedure in the Heart unit!! I received the best care possible! The whole staff was very kind and attentive!! They get a very definite 5 stars from me!! Dr. Patel visited with me twice before the procedure and afterward, he was wonderful about explaining what he was going to do and how he would do it! Answered all questions before and afterwards! No one ever seemed to hurried to talk to me and I appreciated that immensely!!!

This is a very clean facility. The imaging rooms are painted with murals designed to comfort and help you relax during the process. This was my second time visiting. It was a relatively good experience. I checked in early on my phone before my arrival. I would have liked the technician to be a little warmer in her connection with me as a patient. Inspire hope and courage as well as provide expertise. I was very appreciative of the Patient Care Manager for her kind and understanding assistance. I received my report in a timely fashion and was happy to get a normal result. I think it is important in this setting; for everyone from the receptionist to the technicians to take a breath and stay calm.

The whole team that took care of my daughter for her surgical procedure was absolutely amazing! From our check-in process and the nursesRachael, Annette, Remi, Cliff, Dr. Watts and Dr. Niles and a few others, whose names I have forgotten made a very scary experience the best it could possibly be! I would highly recommend AdventHealth Blue Springs Surgical Center to anybody in need of a surgical procedure.

Everything went really well. The doctors a nd staff were very accommodating and pleasant. I would have given a 5 star, but for a few minor administrative hiccups. I will say the meals were very nice except for the fish!
