I had a wounderful five star MRI experience at Claremont. A very short wait. A thorough preparation and explanation of the processes was conducted my technician. My comfort was his concern right throughout the process. Thanking all who were involved.

Outstanding service. All around Profissional and caring staff. I couldn't be happier with services I have been receiving. I've gone to the Clermont, Apopka, Winter Garden and Celebration locations and the high standard and professionalism was the same.

This is my second time going to this facility for a breast ultrasound, and both times the same person performed the exam. She needs additional training in bedside manner. During my first visit, she handed me a pamphlet about breast cancer before I had even been diagnosed — which I do not have. That experience was very unsettling. During my second visit, her attitude was again very nonchalant and cold. When I tried to explain where I was experiencing the issue, she dismissed me and said, “Oh well, we don’t have to do it there.” I found her tone and response to be insensitive and unprofessional. I do like this facility because my PCP and other physicians are located there. However, regarding breast radiology services, I will likely choose a different facility in the future.

Aloha! I’m a 79 yo cardiac patient in to take an MRI as ordered by my doc. I waited maybe 0 minutes then was taken in by my tech, who explained what he was going to do. Prep took maybe 20 minutes, which included starting an IV. The entire procedure took no more than 10 minutes and I was on my way. I do these MRIs regularly, and I’ve had them take as long as 45 minutes, so I was surprised how quick this one was. Makes me wonder what the other techs were doing with my time. Overall 5 stars for quick, efficient, courteous, and professional treatment!

I was seen within minutes of arriving for my appointment. Everyone was kind and welcoming, and truly care about your wellbeing. The health park is clean, modern, and well managed. I was completely at ease throughout the process. Highly recommend!
