I came in for a work-related injury, and everything was already in their system when I arrived. I was brought back right away, which I really appreciated. Josie at the front desk was very kind, welcoming, and helpful. David Medina, APRN, was excellent—down to earth, attentive, and genuinely cared about what he was doing. The visit was smooth, efficient, and professional from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend AdventHealth Centra Care in St. Cloud for work injuries or urgent care needs.

We visited on a Sunday morning with our 4-year-old daughter, who was feeling sick with flu-like symptoms, and the experience could not have been better. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was incredibly kind, smiling, and attentive. They were especially wonderful with our daughter, making her feel safe and comfortable. She actually enjoyed the visit, which says a lot when it comes to a child at a medical facility. The staff took their time, listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and showed genuine care and compassion. The environment was clean, calm, and very well organized. I went to AdventHealth in Orlando expecting efficient service, but my experience was the complete opposite. The attention was terrible: I waited over 2 hours to be seen, even though there were hardly any people in the waiting room. After those two hours, they finally let me in, but then I had to wait even longer for the doctor once inside. I don’t understand how such a large healthcare center can be so slow with basic processes, especially when there’s no patient congestion. The staff seemed disorganized, and I didn’t receive any updates on the wait time. This isn’t just frustrating— it can be problematic for people with emergencies or time constraints. I expected more from an institution like AdventHealth, which promotes itself as a leader in healthcare. I definitely don’t recommend it if

My experience was great with all of the personnel there. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and were very welcoming. They all have wonderful personalities and truly care about the people they serve. In particular these ladies were so accommodating: Josie, Tarelsha (PRC) and Fayth (MA). Worst experienced. APRN Laura Cordoba walked In my room looked me up and down and gave me the meanest look ever. She didn’t care about anything I had to say, was very rude to me. She didn’t want to listen to me at all. she didn’t want to talk made the visit very brief. She wouldn’t stop giving me dirty looks. I said I just paid 55$ for you not to help? And she just smiled sarcastically… Mind you I was very respectful and nice and still got this horrible treatment. This was really unprofessional for a doctors office.
