Kadijah is a wonderful gem to this establishment. I have health issues and she makes every urgent care visit feel calm and cared for. She is professional, kind, and truly attentive to patients’ needs. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and takes pride in her work. Any clinic is lucky to have her on their team.

Best service I have ever received in my life. I’m Originally from New Mexico and never got service like this before. Everybody was so nice, very kind. Didn’t have to wait long, I was actually in before my appointment time. The person treating me was amazing and the Assistant was awesome. I’ll be definitely using this urgent care again if I ever need it. Hopefully not but if I do, I’m coming back.

Wish I could give zero stars I had a very disappointing experience at AdventHealth Urgent Care when I brought my daughter in after she had been sick for over a week. From the start, the staff were rude and dismissive, and it was clear that no one was really listening to our concerns. I explained her symptoms and how long she had been ill, but it felt like everything I said was brushed off. Instead of doing a thorough evaluation or offering any meaningful guidance, we were simply told to gargle warm salt water and “wait it out.” For a child who has been sick for a week, this was extremely frustrating and felt careless. I recently had a health scare. I decided to pay a visit to my local urgent care. I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service provided by one staff member in particular — Kadijah. From the moment I arrived, she stood out for her attentiveness and genuine care. She paid close attention to detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain my diagnosis in a way that was clear and reassuring, which meant a lot given how overwhelmed I was feeling. When I came inside, I made eye contact with one of the front desk girls and she barely acknowledged me. Another desk girl had to attend to me. Then I was told to sign in on the kiosk. I came in for a drug screen and therefore I had been drinking a lot of water. I sat for an hour and half waiting to be called. Two parties that came after me were called back first. I asked the desk ladies when I’d be called because I had to use the bathroom and didn’t want to waste it. They told me I might be called next. I was not. The MA or nurse who helped me was nice though.
