Every time we’ve seen ARNP Alevato we’ve had a wonderful experience. His bedside manner is impeccable and you can truly see he cares about his patients. The ladies at the front desk and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. As much as I hate going to urgent care they make the whole experience a lot more bearable with their professionalism.

I am extremely disappointed with our recent visit. My dad and I have come to this location before and had wonderful experiences, which makes this visit even more upsetting. My father was extremely sick when we walked in. Instead of being met with compassion, we were treated with coldness and hostility. The front desk employee was immediately rude, short, and had a nasty demeanor from the moment we approached the counter. While we were waiting, my dad suddenly became very nauseous. The bathroom requires a passcode, so in a moment of urgency I grabbed the nearest trash can to prevent him from getting sick on the floor. Instead of helping, the front desk employee yelled at me and walked away. She later returned with a very small bag, and when I rushed to grab it for my dad, she mumbled some

The staff was very kind and welcoming. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. I was back in the exam room within 15 min of my arrival. The tech who took care of me was also kind and knowledgeable. Thanks to all of you

The doctor was okay but some of the reception staff is extremely rude. Also at my appt I was told that after sending samples and running further tests I may need a different antibiotic and on my "mychart" account it says that the best antibiotic to take would have been a different one than the one I was prescribed but when I asked about it I was told I would have to make a whole new appt. and pay $318 once again. overall not satisfied with this visit compared to a different visit I had last year.

As much as I hate to say, it was my worst experience. I came in because I thought I had gout in my foot and had to sit in the waiting room for two hours, sometimes while people that came in after me went in before me? There needs to be a better designated area for sick people and healthy people because there were children, vomiting, and other sick children throughout the waiting room. By the time I got into the doctor, I may have been there 10 minutes and was gone
