I had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The intake process was quick and easy, and the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident before go back to chair . What really stood out was the customer service. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. It’s rare to find a urgent care location that combines affordability, quality and outstanding service all in one place. I will highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable place !!! Thank you so much

Loved the experience there. I was seeing within 20 minutes and my pharmacy was contacting me for my prescription while I was still in the room. The provider was very respectful and listened to my concerns. While waiting in the room to be seen, i was feeling very bad physically but also emotionally; I saw a Bible verse on the screen and felt God’s presence with me telling me He was with me. I 100% recommend AdventHealth!!!

I had a really positive experience at AdventHealth, and I want to specifically recognize Kathy, the nurse who took care of me. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and compassionate from the very beginning. Kathy took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout my visit. Her calm and caring presence truly helped ease my stress and made a big difference in my experience. Nurses like Kathy are a true asset to the healthcare field. I’m very grateful for the care and kindness she showed me.

Was able to secure an appt online and took the next available appt which was only 20 minutes from my home. Staff checked me in right away. I waited only 7 or 8 minutes and medical assistant took my vitals and details of my appt. Saw Michelle W - PA for my condition and she referred me right to local ER as she felt my situation needed imaging beyond x-ray capabilities. I really appreciated her concern for best case scenario and outcome for me as a patient. I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone for your next urgent care visit.

Wonderful people working there. Kathy was so welcoming and friendly yet professional and kind. Dr Ellis was great.!!! I was there on a Sunday and I guess everyone thought it was a good place to be. They were busy but I never felt rushed. Everyone listened and addressed my health needs. Thank you.
