Exceptional care, attentiveness, and professionalism. I truly wish I documented everyone’s name, so I could show appreciation - yet it was truly the entire staff who made my visit truly special. Dr. Natasha listened and paid attention to what my needs were. To the staff: Please don’t change. I know patients will test your patience, but please keep this culture of this urgent care. I visit my local GA urgent care often and my visit with you was the best. For others: if you need meds asap and don’t have a nearby pharmacy, be sure to ask if they have the meds in house. They have 4 tiers that you’re able to purchase from them. This was new for me. Great if you don’t have a prescription plan. Impressive Urgent Care. Posted on same day of service.

Excellent care. We were seen very quickly for my son, and the entire staff was wonderful. The front desk team was friendly and efficient, and April took great care of us. Dr. Frank Cortese was excellent! very professional and extremely clear in explaining my son’s fracture, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. The diagnosis was fast, and we left feeling calm and confident. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this location.

I just had an amazing experience at Advent-health. I set out this morning to find an urgent care facility and drove by this establishment and walked right in. No line was a bonus and no real waiting time. The receptionist at the front desk was extremely pleasant, friendly and professional. The nurse who took my vitals Emma was extremely thorough and efficient. I couldn’t be more impressed with Natasha Schaefer, PA-C bedside manner. She listened to me explain my symptoms and my heartache patiently. Her bedside manner was above and beyond. Her and her staff thoroughly walked me through my diagnosis and treatment plan adequately and to my satisfaction. I was totally impressed with the quality of care and the efficiency that each health care employee had provided me. I strongly recommend this

What to say, WOW!!! I truly enjoyed the care and professionalism I received when visiting this Urgent care facility. I had never been to an urgent care facility before, but this one met all my expectations and more. The front desk receptionist, Elleana, was pleasant and professional. The ones who attended to me when I went to the back were Cynthia and Emma, and they were also pleasant and professional, treating me with care and respect. They made me feel welcomed and cared for. Natasia, my doctor, was great and explained my issues, ensuring I understood what was going on and what I needed to do. The entire team was exceptional and I would highly recommend them.

I have to say that my provider Camile Morales was very knowledgeable caring and very professional. The back staff Maya and April were very professional and very nice.my experience overall was quite amazing. It makes a difference when your not feeling well to know your not just a number. I would highly recommend this location in Clermont. A.T.
