AdventHealth Centra Care Clermont Hammock Ridge

This is my second visit to the CentraCare Hammock Ridge location in just a month, and both times I’ve had an excellent experience. I was seen right away with no long wait for the doctor, which is such a relief when you’re not feeling well. The entire facility is extremely clean and well-kept, which really adds to the comfort level. Dr. Hereman is truly the best — thorough, kind, and efficient. After two consistently great visits, this will definitely be my urgent care of choice moving forward. Highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience. I arrived at 1:00 PM on Valentine’s Day and the two ladies behind the counter would not get off their phones long enough to properly explain a workers’ comp issue. Their demeanor came across as unprofessional, dismissive, and unconcerned with helping patients. I left feeling frustrated and unsupported during a time when clear communication and basic customer service should be expected. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to trust this location to have patients’ best interests in mind.

I saw Dr Rohinie Hereman today and she was great. She and her staff took care of me right away in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend her and Ana and Rohinie and Sabrina. I came in with COVID and they took care of me right away. I was very pleased with this office!

We went to Advent Health Centra Care with my elderly in-laws. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by Shankeen and Ronay. These ladies treated my in-laws like family as they guided them through the check-in process, which they made quick and easy. After checking in, we barely got seated when Shron came out and took us to the back to take vitals and to hear complaints regarding their condition. Without being asked, Shron app went and got an extra chair to make sure we were all comfortable. She was very patient and thorough as she went through their medical history, medications, and discussed their current needs. We were seen right away for a kiddo with the flu and high fever. Ronnie and the nurse staff were excellent — so kind and thorough and speedy when we needed them most. The whole front desk including Sabrina were very welcoming and patient.
