AdventHealth Centra Care Altamonte Springs

I had a marvelous experience at this location. From the moment I entered, I was welcomed. After they checked me in, they offered me water. I was seen within 5 minutes and the CNA, Alicia was super attentive, caring and kind . Shortly after, the NP Tuyen popped in with my diagnosis, and called in my prescription. I was given my discharge docs and was on my merry way - I was in and out within 40 minutes! It was a stellar experience and I highly recommend this location.

Awesome fast service. Ms. Selena B. Who checked me was sweet, has patience, understanding. The Medical assistant in training was very sweet, calming demeanor and listened to my concerns. Patrick was soooo excellent! His personality is a burst of fresh air! He was very informative, nice, funny, and very understanding and gave me a time frame for my provider. The whole staff was Awesome and I would come again and recommend my close friends. The Provider was sweet, cared and listen to my concerns.

When I say this place is the best! Marsha helped my mom with her employment testing. She went above and beyond. And we got everything done! I would highly recommend this place to anyone the facility is clean and spacious.

Had the best experience at this urgent care! I was seen my Doc Tuyen, and the staff, Alicia, Yasmine and Sergio were very empathetic with my concern, very knowledgeable and friendly. They're very clean and organized. 10/10 would recommend

Nurse michelle was super amazing! she was funny and understanding in all the right ways! I brought my daughter in with me and she also helped me distract her during times of evaluations so she is much appreciated! We need more nurses like her :)
