The staffs here are very friendly and welcoming! The wait time is very minimal, the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing . The privacy is amazing at the front desk. You are handed a self checked in Key to your own Private room, only the doctor and this staff can access the treatment area. It is very unlikely for someone to hear your private information. It is reassuring to know that they highly valued keeping your medical information confidential Confidential. HIPPA privacy laws are on high display here.

I want to be clear that this complaint is not about AdventHealth staff, but rather about the Radiology Associates mammogram technician working at the TimberRidge Imaging Center – AdventHealth Care Heathbrook Pavilion location. On February 17, 2026 at 11:15 a.m., I had a scheduled mammogram performed by a Radiology Associates technologist (an older woman with white curly hair, likely in her 50s–60s). Unfortunately, the experience was extremely upsetting. From the beginning, her demeanor was rude and dismissive. When I could not immediately remember the exact date of my last mammogram, she rolled her eyes and spoke to me in a condescending tone. I had been a patient of Dr. Michele HORNSTEIN. I always waited an extremely long time to see her.. this past Monday I was in the room waiting for almost 2 hours. I asked to see another Dr. I am now a new patient with Dr. Toro. What a wonderful experience. She was thorough. And very professional. I would personally not recommend Dr. Hornstein to anyone.

I was greeted promptly and after a very short wait was moved to an exam room. The staff i met with were all very pleasant professional and answered all my questions. Im very impressed and grateful to find exceptional care.

I have shared no stars because I've been contacted to pre-register about 15 times well at work and well some who have called have been polite and respectful. Others are absolutely rude. I attempted applying for financial assistance and was treated horribly. I requested an advocate asking for help to navigate through some of the expenses from their financial department. I was hung up on twice and then rudely told that I need the full amount although they'll call off the procedure advocates that I've requested to help me navigate through this being. I just lost my mother to stage four cancer. I have been nonexistent difficult to reach and unhelpful in every aspect. I did file a complaint with Victor in financial aid I received at least eight phone calls to call me and tell me about my denial
