excellent staff and excellent care for the family member that was here recently he had to be admitted excellent doctors they had to do some surgery any recovered very good he is an excellent shape they took care of him very nicely the family is very pleased of his recovery he himself is as well. we are grateful to the kind services that was done here and we're glad that the staff was very friendly helpful unfriendly and they helped the family understand exactly what he was going through the surgery was very successful he has been discharged and he is on the road to a very successful recovery thank you very much for the fine work you all did

I had a panic attack and they yelled at me....this place is not supportive of mental health crisis. I came in with acute abdominal pain and nausea. I was given medication for the nausea which left me with akathisia also called restless leg which made my anxiety WORSE. It took them 3 hrs before they gave me something to help my anxiety. Im just so disappointed how bad their bed side manner was. They discharged me just for me to come back a few hours later...i couldnt keep anything down so i was severely dehydrated. People deserve to be treated with care and respect. Idc if you are overworked its no excuse. I really hope this post makes some awareness.

This hospital sucks I left my headphones in the waiting room they said they would holdmyhem after five days of being in another hospital because they treated me like a junkie I came to get my stuff and the lost a 100dollar pair of headphones not to mention I told them notopain medicine yet they still gave it to me

Care Managent is far from caring. My dad has been in this hospital for over 2 weeks now, and the only thing this department is worried about is treating and streeting him - getting him out so they can get someone else in his bed. Disgusting. They never once gave us information about a 3rd party vendor who could help us with getting him Medicaid, nor did they discuss Advent Hospice with us. We have done all the work without their help, they only get in the way and don't listen to the family. Terri, Amber, April and Becky are some of the worsts to deal with.
