Not happy with this practice. Met with Janna. She seemed sweet but not overly confident nor experienced. The young girls who work the front office are a bit clueless and that's frustrating. The messaging in the portal is also unreliable. When you do get a response back they require you come in for a visit. I got a message back that Janna wanted me to set up a telehealth because I was asking for a referral for plantar fascitis. I called the office to find out if it would be a follow up phone call with her or if I would be billed a visit and Daniella explained that she had never heard of anyone being billed for a telehealth. Well, she was wrong. I was billed $136 (my high deductible copay) for a 30 minute office visit which was actually a 5 minute telehealth phone call. Janna did not even
