Advent Health / CIOX medical records

I thought this was the place to obtain my medical records for Advent Health. However, the receptionist informed me that it used to be the place. The correct place to go is Advent Hospital. I've never been to such a nice hospital, it's truly nice.

Poor service, terrible customer service. We have requested our Medical Records since February 18th 2022 with no success. We have called twice and they haven't delivered to us what was clearly requested and extensively explained by phone.

Pues es primera vez que asisto a una clínica acá en Ocala y pues mi experiencia con mis hijos y yo fueron las mejores desde el personal de la recepción , los que te atienden por teléfono , nuestros doctores Nelson y su asistente y el doctor Morch y su asistente también mi experiencia es de un 100 de 10 , espero siga siendo genial por el resto de nuestras consultas …
