I had a great experience here. Staff was pleasant and helpful through the whole process. Team was empathetic to the way I am feeling and supportive. Special thanks to Michelle who helped me with all the paperwork, & the kind woman next to her who helped make things light (sorry I didn’t catch her name!), Holly who made us laugh and relax during the intake assessment, “Dr Drew” who answered a ton of questions & provided me with practical feedback, treatment options, and support about my whole situation and how to help recover as soon as possible, & Donna who helped get me set up with next appointments and treatment plan, & Lisa who made us laugh right out loud over the “rocket ship” printer nearby. From the second I walked in the door, I received the biggest, kindest, welcoming smile from Theresa. I knew I was in a great place to receive the care I needed. My pain went from a ten to one in just 8 weeks. Each staff member takes the time to ask you the right questions and they really care. Thank you Advantacare for being there for all your patients. I highly recommend asking your doctor for a referral.

Excellent service. Dr. Sandborn took his time handling my family and I. Procedure helped tremendously & eased all my nervousness prior. Holly the nurse was very sweet kind and efficient on my follow ups. Christy was an excellent therapist & I believe her name was Lisa at check out does a very thorough job.

My friend has been dealing with this group secondary to 2 car accidents. He was very overwhelmed to receive injections. They told Him he would be under anesthetic which created more fear. It was actually only a numbing needle. He learned it was several needles. Again they are dealing with a person who is overwhelmed by any medical procedures. No communication. Rude staff. They treated him like they were doing him a favor and not a customer. Do not recommend this place at all.

AdvantaCare has been great. Dr. Sandborne has truly helped me to avoid a surgery while strengthening my knee. His calmness, intelligence & personality is a new experience that I haven’t had when treated by doctors previously. Everyone that I’ve come in touch with there have been professional!
