Great customer service and kind staff! My son‘s little brother broke the frame on his eyeglasses, I contacted the office, anticipating having to purchase a new frame. The wonderful staff let me know that his frames were still under warranty and we could simply come in and switch them out. A five minute visit accomplished this and we were on our way.

This was my first eye exam since I was a child. Very clean, cute office. The front office staff were just okay, they weren't rude but I wouldn't say kind and friendly. Got the vibe that this just pays the bills. The tech and Dr. Matthew's on the other hand were phenomenal. They were friendly, funny, warm and just made you feel comfortable and welcomed. I would definitely recommend. The office is taking some time off so perhaps the front office folk might get a much needed break.

Dr. Matthews is so patient whether with myself or my kids when giving exams and explaining prescriptions. He is knowledgeable and very helpful. The staff is always courteous and order my glasses quickly with no problems. I love the brands they carry. Great office, great doctor! Would highly recommend.
