Advanced Vision Care-PA

This place is a joke! My daughter had an appt at 11:00 am we sat in the waiting area for an hour before we were called back. I kept asking them how much longer till we get called back the lady said they were running behind because they were short a technician. I tried to be understanding. I saw multiple patients be taken back that arrived after us. The excuse we were given was that they had 2 Drs and those patients were seeing a different Dr which was a bunch of bull because my kids all go there and they have all seen both Drs. You would think they would care to get the patients in and out in the order of appointments. I was then told my daughter had been moved around by accident on their computer and other patients were put in front of her. Even thought they arrived after. I was met with

GREAT SERVICE, compassionate staff ! Was able to see myself and my six year old at the same time ! Staff was amazing at accommodating and encouraging my little one and overall juggling the both of us ! Everything was explained through out the entire process! Patience they had was emasculating! Highly recommend !

Our experience was great at advanced vision care. The receptionist very welcoming and polite. They would explain every step of it and they try their best to get you in and out asap. I’ll be referring friends and family over to them. Thank you AVC for giving my son a easy and friendly experience for it being his first time.

The staff and Dr. Baker were very kind and efficient. They always make sure my contacts and glasses work perfectly for me before they are ordered. Highly recommend!

Excellent and Professional. My appointment started with Amanda conducting all the tests to check the health of my eyes. The equipment is state of the art and no “puffing” of the eyes. Dr. Baker met with me and explained some of the common health risks. Dr. Jackson verified my eye prescription for glasses. Fantastic teamwork!
