Advanced Vision Care - Hialeah

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Advanced Vision Care regarding my elderly mother's Cartier sunglasses. She took her sunglasses in to have her prescribed lenses fitted, and the store kept the original Cartier sun lenses without returning them. When we inquired, we were told my mother never requested their return, which is completely unacceptable. This is not just a matter of poor service; it feels like a blatant disregard for customer property. It is outrageous that we have to claim what rightfully belongs to us. The lack of transparency and accountability from the store is appalling. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this establishment with their valuable items, as our experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Will not retu

No doy las 5 Estrellas por el Comportamiento . De la trabajadora Zelandia Rosales. Muy falta de Respeto hacia mi . Que estaba Conversando con otra persona y se introdujo en la Conversación y además después entro para el Local y siguió hablando de lo Mismo . De una forma Agresiva . Creo que necesita pasar un Curso de Ética . Hasta llego a decirme cuando le reclame y le pregunté su nombre , me Contestó, que Podía ir Hasta donde yo quisiera a decirlo. O sea Me Volvió a Faltar el respeto . Personas como Ella No Merecen tener La Oportunidad de trabajar con Pacientes , porque además , no fue solo Conmigo, sino con otra señora que No se Decidía por la Armadura y ella le dijo , bueno aquí estamos hasta las cinco si te decides, en un tono indispuesto .
