If you’re in need of urgent medical care in the Florida Keys, look no further than **ADVANCED URGENT CARE Marathon**. I visited on a Saturday afternoon and was admitted within five minutes of completing the medical questionnaire. The front desk staff, nurses, and doctor were all incredibly friendly and made the entire experience as pleasant as possible. The cost of my treatment—especially compared to Miami—was very reasonable. I highly recommend this medical facility.

What an incredible experience! Everyone in this office, felt like a friend I’ve known for a long time. Made me feel comfortable and cared for me as though I was one of their family members. Marathon ADVANCED urgent care is the best. Great customer service and care. Wonderful physicians on staff. Dr. O’Connor is very thorough and refers you when and where needed. Dr. Jorge is great too. I bring my family there as well as myself. Support staff are kind, helpful, and patient. Even when they are very busy and swamped, they treat everyone with kindness and are very patient. Highly recommended!

I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves to be noted. I was traveling for the holidays from Argentina with my family who do not speak English, just me. We experienced an incident that required medical assistance and were referred to Advanced Urgent Care in Marathon FL. I can confidently say this was, by far, the most outstanding medical experience I have had during my trips to South Florida.The staff was exceptionally efficient and the physician who treated my family member, Dr. Gonzalez, was truly remarkable. As the only English speaker in my family, I was concerned about communication, however, Dr. Gonzalez communicated fluently in both English and Spanish, ensuring that no one felt excluded at any point. Came here for some pre surgery stuff. I came here for some pre-op chest X-rays. Anyhow they said the tech/nurse was out because of a family issue and I should come back the next morning. The next morning they said the machine was broken. I told them someone wasn’t being honest with me. She just looked at me like oh well. So I had to drive to key largo to the office there. ( they get 5 stars). So I had to go north to Key Largo. They’ll get a 5 star review.
