If only I could leave 0 stars… I brought my toddler to be seen and we waited 2 hours in the waiting area and another 30 minutes in the room with the doctor being a no show. My daughter vomited 4 times while waiting!!! When we checked in, the nurse said the doctor had one more patient and then it was our turn. After waiting for 2 hours during which time I counted 8 people arriving after us but were taken inside. Then, someone came out and “promised” us we were next and then another person got called in. Finally, they take us to a room and we waited another 30 minutes with still no doctor or nurse checking in on us. In the end, we ended up leaving when it was obvious the doctor would not be coming. I’m writing to express my deep disappointment and concern about the treatment I received during my most recent visit to Kaiser Medical Center. I left feeling completely dismissed, disrespected, and in tears. When I checked in, I asked the receptionist (I believe her name was Sara) if I could use the charger at her desk for a few seconds since my phone was on 1% and I needed to pay my co-pay. She told me she was charging her iPad and didn’t offer any other help. I was surprised by how uncaring that response felt — it would have taken only a moment to assist me. During my visit, I was seen by Dr. Naeem Ahmad, MD. I told him and the staff that my pain level was 10 out of 10, and I was crying from the pain, yet no one offered me any form of relief — not even Tylenol. During the pelvic exam,

Horrible customer service and very lazy staff. They refuse to help in person for some reason telling me they cannot make an appointment. So I've been calling for a while to schedule an appointment for my senior father and they just refuse to help in any way. Then after waiting more than 15-20 minutes for someone to pick up the line, they act like they can't hear me or just tell me I need to reach another department. I genuinely don't understand how this terrible company is still in business.

Care is good maybe they are not professional why would you refer someone who doesnot need emergency visit to emergency at INOVA children hospital after going to INOVA they said there is no need to bring in emergency but we got lots of bill for ambulance and emergency visit.?

I went to urgent care with a sprained back and neck. The urgent care team was great, compassionate and quick. Nuslys triage nurse was awsome! Dr. Beck was amazing! And so is Andrea and Morgan RNs. They efficiently treated me to relieve my pain. I'll always be thankful to the whole team for making me feel better quickly. Thank you!
