Advanced Urgent Care & Family Practice

I’m used to waiting forever at urgent care centers but this was a relatively fast visit! The receptionist, Derek, and Dr. Loren were all so kind and helped lift my spirits despite my week long sickness. I also appreciated that Dr. Loren explained why she was asking me certain questions. It made me feel like she was really trying to be thorough so she could get me the right prescriptions to get better.

I had an excellent experience at Advance Urgent Care & Family Practice. The staff was incredibly helpful, polite, and quick in providing care. A special thanks to Dr. JS Ammar Waseem, who was extremely professional, attentive, and kind throughout my visit. David was equally impressive, taking the time to explain every step of the process to my seven-year-old son in a way that was educational and reassuring. SO slow here! I came in at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday morning when they opened and I was the only person in the waiting room. At 9:30 they called me back to sit in a room and wait another 30 minutes before the doctor came in. Nurse practitioner Vicky came in and was in such a rush that she had to just talk right over anything I had to say. After 5 minutes she went out of the room and told me to wait for a few minutes and she'd be back. At 10:30 I decided to walk out of the room. No one was in the waiting room and no other customers so I just asked the front desk girl what was happening. I had a simple sinus infection and nobody could take care of things in one and a half hours. I am not sick often but for the Last 5 Years this has been the place I've come once a year when I am sick.
