Husbands appointment was at 4 pm. He received text messages all day reminding him to get there 15 minutes early & to refill out his paperwork. Arrived at 3:40. Were told they were a little behind. No additional checks in on us or giving us any indication that they were running over an hour and 15 minutes behind. We left at 5 pm 80 minutes after we arrived. We still had not been called back to be seen and couldn’t be given a number on how much longer. We understand surgeries go late. If we had been called earlier in the day and told not to arrive until 5 or offered a reschedule we would have gladly accepted. Terrible customer service. The ladies at the desk were nice but the office policy/procedure obviously needs to change. Really frustrating experience.

I just wanted to say Thank you to Dr. Kramer and everyone in your office! All of 2024, I went the whole year with health issues and just didn't feel good, something was off - it took a long time (Feb - Dec) and a lot of tests for my doctor to suggest having my gallbladder removed. Dr. Kramer was able to get me a surgery date before the end of year (my deductible or 24 had already been met and that was such a blessing) But most importantly I have felt so much better and back to normal for all of 2025 and I am so grateful!

I had a pretty large hernia repair and Dr. Harper and his team were all great to have as my surgical team. They take their time to answer your questions and they show kindness and care for you throughout the whole process. I was also impressed with the front office desk. They are all very kind. Thank you!

Dr. Kramer did an awesome job on my hernia surgery. Even when about 5/6 weeks in after I had an infection set in, he and his associates were right there with me by my side the whole way during my hospital stay,answering any questions I had and trying to do the impossible in pin pointing where the infection came from. Even after being discharged from the hospital they are still seeing me through my recovery.

One star is too many. Waited 2 hours past my appointment time, medical student under the doctor was rude to me. Upon leaving I wasn’t too upset because the exam with the doctor went okay and I assumed hey maybe schedule was behind it happens. Now they are demanding 11 dollars from me. Calling and emailing me daily. For what? For wasting my time and talking to me for 5 minutes????? Leave me alone. Scummy place.
