Customer Reviews
I recently just had surgery on C6 and 7 by Dr. Todd Stewart. Very smart and informative. Surgery was a success. I have referred him to friends that need to see a neurosurgeon. Has a very good bed side manner. The staff that work beside him are all very informative and go over everything with you to make you feel at ease. I came out of surgery and was able to use my hands with no complications of nerve pain immediately. His office deserves 10 stars!
My mother recently saw this doctor and he turned her away. She recently had to switch health insurances and was struggling to find a new neurosurgeon. This one was one of the only in her network. She went to the appointment and was told that she should go back to her old neurosurgeon. EVEN AFTER explaining she cannot bc of her switched health insurance and that neurosurgeon not being in network anymore. If you practice medicine, you should see all cases. Not pick and choose what’s easiest and most convenient. Don’t see this doctor. Don’t waste your time. No wonder he has a 3.7 rating.
Dr. Stewart is an excellent spine surgeon. He is very honest when talking about the goals and expectations of the surgery but he is kind. His training is the best a spine surgeon can have. He did a 7 year neurosurgery at Washington University School of Medicine and a spine fellowship at Cleveland Clinic. He helped my mother with pain that nothing else helped, including more that one surgery before that. I recommend Dr. Stewart to anyone who may need spine surgery
Excellent and attentive surgeon. Personalized attention for my mom after cervical disc surgery - and present for her. Saved me from another surgeons plan to put rods in my lumbar area- dr Stewart did discectomy and I have been great for 10 years!
Disappointing, waste of patient's time and insurance money. Stated only interested in simple not complex cases. Personally I'd rather entrust back and spine issues to someone who cares and has exceptional abilities. Not simple ones.
