Advanced Specialty Care - Urology

Arrived 15 minutes late (weather and traffic issue) and called on my way to notify (Dr. was running late so they couldn't speak with him). I was turned back after coming to the office stating dr. is still with another patient (same as they couldn't speak with him before) and he has another appointment. That's horrible...I've waited more than 15+ mins after my appointment time in the office before. If Dr. is with previous patient, even if I was on time, he would have to take my appointment so this doesn't make any sense. None the less, horrible service with issues around time management.

Great stony brook urologist clinic they have great doctors that work their they know what their doing they help you with what ever you need they do all the test over there and the service is good and the place is clean thanks.
