Honestly? If I could leave negative stars, I would. I went two years getting mammograms and breast density exams here. This past year, the woman was so concerned with going on lunch that she left me naked in a gown for 45 minutes in the waiting room, alone, until I finally got up to see what was going on. Turns out she was so concerned with her food that she just bailed without making sure someone else was around. I was about to bust into the waiting room naked when she came back. Then I called to ask about my bill. They put it through review. When it came back from review, they charged me for the YEAR PRIOR in addition to the year I called to ask about -- they found a billing error 18 months after the fact because I called to ask about my insurance coverage, so they suddenly decided "oh

These photos are from 60 Danbury Road as the MRI exams have moved there. Everyone was Friendly and professional in the front office and as well as the technician. MRI exam went very smoothly. However the machine was a little loud. They provide you with headphones and music during the exam. No wait time neither. Lasted 1 hour.

Every facility should be as well-run and nice as this one. Clean, fast, friendly staff and technicians, results posted the next day...I wish every medical experience were as good as I've had with Advanced Radiology Consultants.

Waiting days to get the results of a mammogram, and it is impossible to get the Wilton office on the phone. They also do not return phone calls. On the other hand, the tech was very nice and professional.

I've visited Advanced Radiology's Wilton location a few times for different reasons, the most recent being for a mammogram and ultrasound. The facility is super clean and the techs are extremely nice. One thing I wanted to commend the Wilton location on is their follow up to a recent phone call. While it's not always easy to get someone on the phone, when you do, the team (between those setting appointments and the doctors) care enough to actually send a message to the doctor, and get a response. Having called to leave a message for Dr. Gruen, I was surprised to have him call me back within minutes. I really appreciated the call and it certainly put me at ease in terms of next steps.
