I’ve been coming here since 2020. The doctor and her assistant have always been great with my girls, and I truly appreciate them. Unfortunately, I can’t continue coming here anymore. The nurse takes messages but I rarely receive a call back, and the receptionist is not the friendliest. The wait time is usually 2–4 hours just to speak with the doctor for five minutes, and it has been this way for years. I will miss the doctor, but the other day my daughter needed to be seen and I called about five times with no answer. I had no choice but to take her to the emergency room. Why take on so many new patients if the office can’t handle the volume?

Unfortunately, my family and I were disappointed with our experience here. We chose this place based on strong word-of-mouth recommendations, but it did not meet our expectations. In an age when detailed online reviews and resources are widely available, I would encourage others to research thoroughly before visiting. This was not the right choice for us, and we will not return or recommend it.

We gladly left this practice and found a better option. The phones are always on service, even when you have appointments scheduled you have to call into service and wait for someone to call back. It’s impossible to get in touch with the actual office and is extremely frustrating. The wait times are outrageous and they have zero regard for patients time especially with small impatient children in tow. The scheduling staff have been rude and not even call back when they say they will. It was a whole long ordeal to get release paperwork from them so we could go elsewhere. They were purposely making it inconvenient 1000%. Even the new office I was moving to could not believe how they were handling our health records and release. Dr Dos Santos is an angel sent from heaven! My son was born premature and the doctor was very sweet and caring from day one. She picked up the phone at all times of the day. She never made me or my husband feel neglected or like we were taking too much of her time. She has done numerous telemedicine appointments since my son has gotten sick from daycare. My son loves her and so do we. However, be prepared to wait ~ 2 hrs for your appointment since the office has been flooded with sick child visits. Bring snacks, toys and any extra clothing/diapers for your little one. Im not sure if its a mismanagement coming from her staff or that she never rushes her patient visit and is subsequently late to every other appointment. She will never turn you away even if shes super busy. No matter how long

My daughters have been going to this practice for over 7 years and i love it! Doctor Dos santos is the best doctor in the world, the most caring doctor i ever seen. She is so passionate about what she does for the patients. I thank her so much for her hard work. And the rest of the staff are wonderful, they really care about their patients. If you take your children to this office you can have peace of mind that they are going to be in great hands!!!
