Very unprofessional and when you call them they put you on hold for a very long time like 30 to 45 minutes and when they say that something will be done by the end of day don't believe them it's a lie

I called 3 times from their websight & what answered sounded like a male voice, (maybe a robot), saying "B, (or D), 21, test successful". ?? Plus I have someone going there who is on Medicare and full Medicaid and was charged $20.00 for office visits until they questioned it, then started being charged $14.00. Then later $10.00. If the doctor or clinic accepts Medicare & medicaid it's supposed to be $0.00 costs. What's going on with all this?

Extremely hard working staff Very friendly as well. Profesional and respectful. Thank you for making my life manageable, unlike those "pill mills" I've had to endure at Cape. Thank you for caring

Absolutely worse place to receive medical treatment, they only care about getting paid they are horrible
