I’m honestly confused by all the reviews saying the staff is sweet and nice, because that was NOT my experience at all. Whoever answered the phone had a serious attitude problem and sounded like they didn’t even want to be there. Customer service clearly isn’t their thing. Also, they advertise that they accept insurance, but that’s misleading because they don’t accept all insurance plans. That’s something that should be made clear upfront instead of wasting people’s time. Between the rude attitude and the lack of clear information, my experience was very disappointing.

I’ve never met a more knowledgeable, kind and caring staff. Dr. Burcham makes going to the dentist something you actually look forward to. Highly recommend!

Great Dentist, very nice and caring people. They are very patient with you and give you a lot of encouragement while they are taking care of you. May God bless them, keep up the good work.
