I do not usually write reviews but am doing so now as I wish to warn prospective customers from making the mistake I made recently. I visited the audiologist in his Naples office on the 2nd of this month to (1) update the setting of my old Resound Enzo with the recent audiogram and (2) to correct the intermittent and random loss of sound I was experiencing with one of the hearing aids. The audiologist spent less than a hour adjusting the setting using the standard software (also used by the original audiologist who sold me the aids some years ago) but could not find a solution for the intermittent loss of sound. Then he asked me to pay $500. Although I thought the amount was far too high I paid in full as it was my fault not to have checked his fee before asking him to do the job. He did

I started seeing Tim Dunnigan earlier this year to get fitted for a hearing aid. I was born deaf in one ear and always knew I needed a hearing aid to preserve the good ear but for many personal reasons I have been unable to address the issue until this year. I’m still struggling with trying to adjust and accept the idea of wearing a hearing aid but with Tim’s help and incredible patience, I’m hoping I will soon find the right device and adjust to hearing better. He has been absolutely wonderful and I’m so blessed to have him as a doctor through this process. Thank you so much Tim for your time and understanding and making this easier for me. I have been using hearing aids for the last 20 years and needed my 4 year old pair looked at so I found out that Dr. Dunningan sells and services all brands with no allegiance to any. Had a very good experience with him and would recommend him to anybody with a hearing problem. I found him to be honest and concerned about my needs. Which is rare in that profession, most want to sell you the brand that they sell even if they are not right for you. I will use him in the future.

Very professional and caring. Dr Dunnugan took time.and following hearing exam evaluated the best devices for my problem. My first set of hearing aids were purchased in northern Indiana some 6-7 years ago. The service from Advanced exceeds what I experienced up north. Received call from Dr Dunnigan following day to check how all was going... this is how services should be operated!

I purchased my first Phonak hearing aids 9 years ago from Dr. Tim Dunnigan of Advanced Hearing & they performed wonderfully up until recently. I considered Costco but did not like their attitude & Customer Service so I just purchased my second set of Phonaks. Dr. Dunnigan & his staff are terrific, even called me at home several days later to make sure the new aids were working fine for me. I highly recommend Advanced Hearing for any hearing aid issues.
